Charleston Paving Pros is a trade name operated by NexTier Digital LLC. This page explains how we use text messaging, how you opt in, what you can expect to receive, and how to stop messages at any time.
How you opt in
We only text people who have asked us to. You opt in by submitting the quote request form on this website and checking the SMS consent box on that form. The box is unchecked when the form loads, and it is not required — you can submit the form and get a response by phone or email without agreeing to text messages at all. Checking it is a separate, deliberate choice.
The consent language on that checkbox reads: By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Charleston Paving Pros, a NexTier Digital LLC brand, about my paving service request, appointment updates, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing anything, and it is never a condition of getting a quote.
What we send
These are service messages about a request you made. They include:
- A reply to your quote request, and any questions we need answered to price the work
- Appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Updates about the status of a scheduled visit or job
- Answers to questions you send us by text
We do not send promotional blasts, marketing campaigns, or offers unrelated to the request you submitted.
Message frequency
Frequency varies and depends entirely on your request. Most conversations are a handful of messages around a single quote or appointment. We do not send scheduled recurring messages.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Those charges come from your carrier, not from us.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one confirmation that the opt-out has been processed, and nothing after that.

Opting out of text messages does not withdraw your request. If you have asked for a quote, we can still reach you by phone or email.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive SMS messages from Charleston Paving Pros.
Your information
Your text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle the rest of the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy, and the terms covering use of this site are in our Terms of Service.
